Challenging Behaviours Workshop

The R.E.A.L. Parent Group are set to host a workshop designed to equip parents and carers with the tools to deal with challenging behaviour.

Facilitated by the Nottinghamshire Physical Intervention Team, the workshop will take place on Tuesday 6th March between 10am and 2pm at R.E.A.L. Alternative Provision School (RAPS) on Woodhouse Road.

The workshop will be fully interactive, and will provide attendees with positive ideas and strategies to deal with parenting challenges at home. The workshop is free to attend and refreshments will be provided.

Ellen Longmate, Parent Group Co-ordinator said: “We organised this workshop as a result of listening to our parents and identifying what would be helpful to them. At R.E.A.L. we see our relationship with parents very much as a partnership, and we aim to support them in anyway we can. We hope this event will be the first of many.”

There are still a limited number of places left. To book your place, please contact Ellen Longmate on 07584 705819 or email parentsgroup@real-education.org.
