R.E.A.L. Caring School Recognition
R.E.A.L Education has achieved a GOLD standard as a ‘Caring School’ by Caring2Learn Lincolnshire.
Caring2Learn is a Lincolnshire County Council research project with an overall aim of improving a wide range of outcomes for Lincolnshire’s looked after, post-looked after and other vulnerable children and young people.
The project is part of the Department for Education’s investment in local authorities to improve education, policy and practice.
Nicola Goddard, Learning Manager and Kay Carter, Operations Manager, received the award on behalf of the R.E.A.L. Education team at a special conference and awards ceremony at Belton Woods Hotel last month.
Nichola said: “This award recognises everyone in the R.E.A.L team and standards that encompass a strong caring ethos. It is great that the work R.E.A.L. does has been recognised and we look forward to future work with Caring2Learn.”
