A Message from our Directors
After what has been a testing term for us all, we would like to send out a note of thanks and goodwill wishes as we head into the Christmas holidays. To the team at R.E.A.L., we extend our most sincere thanks for the tremendous amount of hard work and commitment you have shown to ensure that our services continue to reach the young people. R.E.A.L. would not be such a special place to work if you were not here doing your best day in, day out.
To the families and carers of our young people, we would like to also extend a huge thank you. Things have been incredibly challenging for the entire nation and we feel that often the role of parents is lost in the general reporting of Coronavirus related news. The parents and carers of our young people have been entirely understanding and supportive of some of the new ways of working we have developed since the onset of the virus and we again share our thanks for your support.
Our commissioning partners have been outstanding in their continued commitment to the delivery of services at R.E.A.L.. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such a trusted and caring network of partner organisations. Again, thank you for your support over the past term and we wish you all the best over the holiday season.
As news of the vaccine breaks, there is certainly now a feeling of light at the end of the tunnel. We have no doubt that the next few months will continue to challenge us, but feel that together we can continue to collectively achieve what we are here to do – which is educate, support and care for our young people to the best of our ability.
We would like to wish everyone who is involved with the R.E.A.L. organisation our very best wishes over the Christmas period. Let’s hope that the holidays give us all some much needed festive goodwill and a sense of something to look forward to in the coming months.
