The Referral and Assessment Team provide all initial services for young people, their families, and commissioners of R.E.A.L Education, R.E.A.L Independent School and the R.E.A.L Alternative Provision School. The role of the Referral and Assessment Lead includes coordinating and managing the referral and assessment for students and to provide a lead role for either R.E.A.L Independent School or R.E.A.L Alternative Provision School. The team provide services across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire therefore you will be required to travel, so you must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport.
You will have the experience and skills to work with young people with additional needs outside of the mainstream education system as well as working in collaboration with multi-agency teams. We want people who are creative and innovative in their work which is core to our ethos of rethinking engagement and approaches to learning.
